Our refund and returns policy allows for refunds or rescheduling prior to tour taking place. If there is any questions before the tour, please email [email protected]

Full Refunds will be issued for any event cancelled by Channel Islands Marine Safari Adventures.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact [email protected] no later than 24 hours to departure.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

We will send you an email to notify you that we have initiated a returned.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This amount of time will depend on the method of payment, and your banks policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We will honor rescheduling for any event or tour if Channel Islands Marine Safari Adventures has cancelled a trip. We will send those details in an email. Email [email protected] for further questions.

Gifts

Unfortunately Gift certificate are non-refundable and can be used for their duration for any available tour. Questions about this should be directed to [email protected]
