  1. Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a fantastic experience for every guest, and we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. In consideration of other guests, the boat will leave promptly on time.  If you are late for your tour, and you are the only guests, you will receive a shortened tour that will fit into the time you booked for.  Please contact Captain Dave as early as possible at 805-663-2152 if you are running late. 

**1. Cancellation by Guest:

  • We require at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation to receive a full refund.   If you cancel within 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour time, unfortunately, we will still have to charge your credit card.

**2. Rescheduling:

  • More than 24 hours before departure: You may reschedule your charter at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Rescheduling is not permitted. 

**3. Cancellation by Us:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your charter due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

We will notify you as soon as possible if weather forecasts suggest potentially adverse sea conditions.

**4. Notification:

To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible here.

    • Day Harbor Cruise: $30 per person

    • Night Harbor Cruise: $30 per person

What to Wear:

  • Sunny Days: Lightweight Clothing: Opt for breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics to stay comfortable under the sun.

  • Overcast and/or Evening:  Dress in waterproof clothing, and bring a jacket. We provide blankets for colder days/nights.

  • Hat & Sunglasses: Protect yourself from the sun’s rays and enjoy unobstructed views.

  • Layered Clothing: Bring a light jacket or sweater as it may get cooler on the water.

  • Dress to expect some water spray:  We may have some water spray from the ocean, please dress in clothes that will dry fast for your comfort.

What to Bring:

  • Sunscreen: 

  • Camera: Capture the stunning sights and unforgettable moments.

  • Snacks: You are welcome to bring snacks on board.

  • Beverages: You are welcome to bring a beverage of your choice.

  • Please note: Smoking is prohibited.

Preparation for Your Marine Safari Experience

1. Sea-Sickness:

  • Hydration and Light Eating: To minimize the risk of sea-sickness, stay hydrated and eat a light meal before your tour.

  • Sick Bags: Sick bags are available upon request.

2. Restroom Facilities:

  • Pre-Departure Restroom Access: There are no restroom facilities on the boat. However, restrooms are available at the marina.
